Hello Hailey! Budgies do fight. They either peck each other or they grab onto each other and fight. What a great question.

my budgie violet is very lazy, he eats a lot and then sleeps. His daily routine is this, he does not want to play with other budgies and if other budgie tries to hit him, he fall to the bottom of the cage and starts sleeping there. I bought total 5 budgies and two of them were very playful but as the time passed, they became lazy the same as violet and they died, I am afraid that the same can happen with violet.. What should i do??
